Punching and binding operations

JAMES BURN offers paper punching machines and Wire-O or plastic spiral binding machines that are particularly suitable for intensive paper punching & document binding operations such as: 

Intensive paper punching

The EX610 range can punch up to A2 sheets and cardboards with a thickness of up to 2.5mm allowing mechanical speed of up to 180,000 sheets / hour.

Intensive Wire-O binding

The BB50 and its optional hanger forming & dispensing device can bind all types of documents with a thickness of up to 22mm, even the most complex ones as well as A2 calendars with a mechanical speed of up to 1,200 cycles / hour. 

Intensive in line punching and Wire-O binding

The WIL420 SP Speedbind is designed to punch and bind in line for producing Wire-O bound thin booklets or calendars. It can produce up to 3,000 documents / hour with thicknesses of up to 6mm that can go up to 20mm with pre-punched documents.

Intensive in line punching and plastic or metal spiral binding

The CFIL 380MP can punch and bind in line to produce booklets bound with plastic spiral formed in line with thicknesses of up to 15mm that can go up to 20mm with pre-punched documents at a mechanical speed of up to 1,000 documents / hour.
